Regina v. Champagne [2009] (Ont. Crt)

Client charged with trafficking cocaine to an undercover police officer. Leora Shemesh told a jury that her client was under duress and argued that her client should be acquitted because he was threatened to assist an undercover police officer. The jury acquitted Mr. Champagne of all the charges.
